22035 error message during a report download

Problem:

The 22035 error means that FTP was unable to create the local file when downloading from the AS/400.

Solution:

Make sure the PC destination directory exists and then try to download again.

This error could also occur if the user doesn't have access to the destination directory if it's located on a file server.
