35601 Element Not Found in Image Scan Workstation

Problem:

User clicks the "get folders/index keys" button in the file>settings under the Webdocs - iSeries tab and gets an error: "35601 Element Not Found." This error also occurs when the user opens Image Scan Workstation

Solution:

This error is caused by a problem with the folder structure on the iSeries. Possible problems are as follows:

1. There is a sub-folder with no prent folder ex. "TEST/ Test1" with no "TEST/" folder
2. Mis-spelled sub folder, ex:

 TEST \

 TEST \ Test1

 TEST \ Tset1 \ Test 2

Fixing the folders will eliminate this error.
