If using CA/400 and the UseCA400AutoSessionFind flag = 1 (enabled) is set in the INI settings file, we will automatically determine the current 5250 session ID based on the last highlighted Client Access 5250 session. We look for the word Session in positions 1-7 of the 5250 session window title and we grab the 5250 session id from position 9. This is a major enhancement to allow a user to use the 5250 integrator from ALL CA/400 sessions, not just the currently active session. Works with CA/400 HLLAPI only at this point.

Added right click menu option to force app identified as "AppWindowOnTop" in INI file to float on top of all other windows.
This was done mainly for emulation users to make their 5250 software float.
Added right click menu option to allow 5250 integrator to run as a child of the scan workstation.
5250 integrator now shows up in task tray.
