AS/400 FTP Server is constantly creating joblogs

Problem:
RJS products are consistently creating joblog printouts after running.

Solution:
Make sure the "Generate Joblog" setting is turned off in the WinSpool/400 Email Report Server, WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server or WinSpool/400 Electronic Forms Print Server.
Run the following command to display the FTP server job description:
DSPJOBD JOBD(QTCP/QTMFTPS)
Make sure the "message logging" is set to the following:
Message logging: Level . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 4 Severity . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 0 Text . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : *NOLIST
If one of these two changes does not resolve the joblog creation problem, you may need to contact IBM and get current on the System i FTP Server PTF's.
