Problem:

The user is getting the message that the server is unable to communicate with the FaxPress Server

User is sending an email via SMTP (Email Report Server. Fax Report Server, SMTP/400 Mail API) and nothing shows up in the Outgoing Fax Queue

Solution:

Verify the following got created on the server:

FaxPress user: A user gets created with the name of the serial number

FaxPress Group: A FAXPRESS group gets created

Computer Management

Users : User name = FaxPress Serial Number

Shared Folders : Sessions - Should see user login

Where do the temporary PDFs go?

Verify that the PDF that is being sent to the FaxPress is showing up. The path can be found in the SMTP Gateway / Temp (Tab)

In the Castelle folder there should be 5 folders. If there are only 2 folders the Castelle Folder, then the user is not logging in.

On the Castelle Folder Sharing : Allow Sharing for all network users
