Change the Translation Type value for a DataImport Mask

Problem:

This user has created a mask that uses the Excel 5.0/7.0 translation type and wants to change to Excel 4.0. Each time the data type is changed, it reverts back to Excel 5.0/7.0. before the translation process is run.

Solution:

If there is an existing output file that was created by DataImport as an Excel 5.0/7.0 spreadsheet, the file must first be deleted and then the translation type can be changed for the selected mask. As a general rule of thumb, you should always delete any existing output files for a selected mask before changing the translation type.
