Conversion failed (9905) when trying to send a fax through Castelle

Problem:

Fax Mail Subject: test (RPTID:000000005)

FaxPress Plus Server <SERVER_NAME>returned the following error:
Conversion failed (9905)
Fax Recipient Information:
Name: RJS
Voice Phone Number: 9528983038
Company Name: RJS Software Systems
Fax Number: 9528981781

Solution:

Try opening the PDF document on the fax server to see if there are any problems opening the document.

If the customer has a FaxPress Premier/Enterprise the PDF located as follows:

C:\Castelle\NS\spool

Also make sure that the PDF updates are turned off.
