Converting Reports to TXT Format for use with OnBase COLD Software

Install the Report Reformat utility program V1.20.

Then run the RFORMAT1.EXE program and go to the File/Settings screen.

Enable the "Omit CR/LF when writing page break" setting Disable the "Output CR/LF at end of file" setting Enable the "Output Hex 1A at end of file" setting Save settings and exit the program.

Now TXT files should format correctly for use with OnBase COLD Software
