Problem:
I have cc:mail (ccmail) and cannot view small RTF reports correctly in cc:Mail client software

Solution:
We had a situation where a customer was using ccmail and had an SMTP gateway product that was converting small incoming file attachments to text in an email instead of leaving the attachment intact. Therefore the ccMail user could not launch small RTF attachments with MS Word to view them correctly.
Initially we thought the problem might lie with the RTF Report Converter, but as it turns out the problem was with the customers SMTP gateway.
We think they were using a ccMail SMTP gateway product called: IE 2.12 or IMA. They had to make an INI setting change to disable this setting.
No changes were required with the RJS Software products.
