This upgrade will bring Data Transfer/400 to version 1.0.1 For help finding what version you are currently at, please read the FAQ

Step 1: Back up old library

RNMOBJ OBJ(QSYS/RJSTRAN) OBJTYPE(*LIB) NEWOBJ(RJSTRANOLD)

Step 2: Download

Download Data Transfer/400 library from RJS.

Username = *********
Password = ***********

Step 3 Install

Use FTP Library Installation to install the Data Transfer/400 library (RJSTRAN) onto the System i.

Unzip the file to the default location.

Enter your System i IP Address, username and password.

Take each numbered step, waiting until the previous step is finished before continuing.

You will see an Error 550. This is normal behavior. If you see any additional errors please contact Technical Support.

Step 4: Re-enter License

Please re-enter your license or contact Technical Support.

Step 5: Finish

Data Transfer/400 should now be completely upgraded.
