Domino Report Server/400 is causing Domino Server to crash periodically

Problem:
The Domino Report Server output queue monitor command NTSMON or the NTSADDRPT command is periodically causing the AS/400 Domino Server to crash.
We have identified this to be a potential problem for some Domino Servers running Domino V5.0.2 or above. We have not identified a direct cause, but we do have a solution available.

Solution:
1.) The RJSDOM library needs to be upgraded to version 1.23 or above.
2.) After completion of the library upgrade, run the following command
CHGCMD CMD(NTSADDRPT) PGM(RJSDOM/NTSADDRP4C)
3.) Ideally the QNOTES user profile should be set to have *ALLOBJ and *SPLCTL authority to make sure the output queue monitor has appropriate report access when capturing reports.
