Dr. Watson Error with WinSpool/400 Email Report Server

Problem:
The user is on Windows NT 4.0 SP 6a. When he tried to open the Email Report Server after installing from our 10/01 CD and applying the permanent access code on the server he got a Dr. Watson error stating therre was an error in WSPESR32.EXE. After he clicked OK he couldn't open the Email Report Server

Solution:
I had him download and install Version 6.0 Windows Common Control OCX Files from our web site: http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/v6ocxupd.exe This seemed to solve his problem.
