Added the ability to add page breaks to text files that don't have page breaks in order to merge them with a form overlay.

Added check for conversion errors so the after processing won't happen if there was an error.

Added the ability to specify multiple copies and additional forms. When using additional forms you must specify the form name with the extension.

Added the ability to output to a local or network directory. When using this option a printer must NOT be specified. The output will be PDF.
