- When using MAPI, program was throwing an Invalid Property value if the message text setting was blanks. Fixed this to make sure that at least a 128 blank buffer goes into an outbound message.

- Added validation to process files that are from the previous day regardless of the time stamp. This way if there is an error that stops the processing all night, but files were scanned at 4pm, it won't wait until 4pm the next day to process them.

- Added include file filtering based on the following filter criteria types:
- a. *.TXT - Ends with extension
- b. RPT* - Starts with value

- d. *.* - Include all files.
- Tweaked message logs so that if a file is not selected we do not log a message.
- Removed READONLY: message if files are already marked as read-only. This will keep the log from filling up with extraneous messages. NOTE: New MS Access Database Required for this.
