Problem:
The user was using Novell Groupwise V5.2 and there appears to be a bug in the Novell Groupwise software which in some cases can prevent report files from being sent properly over the Internet. If the customer ZIPs the file and sends it, the file goes just fine, but if the file is sent unzipped, the attachment arrives with zero (0) bytes.

Solution:
At this point we have been unable to determine what is causing the problem. No fix has been issued from Novell for the Groupwise software.
