Enabling WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server V2.xx Functionality to Send Files to a Remote FTP Location

In order to enable the Batch Report Server Remote FTP destination location functionality, the customer must do the following:

1.) **Important**: Make a backup copy of their existing C:\WSPBCH32 directory.

2.) Install WinSpool/400 TCP/IP API Update V1.2.18 or above. The file can be downloaded from the following link: http://www.rjssoft.com/FILES/rjstcpup.exe

3.) Install WinSpool/400 Batch Report Serve Update V2.0.58 or above. The file can be downloaded from the following link: http://www.rjssoft.com/FILES/rjsbchup.exe

4.) Run the attached EXE to Unzip the WSPBCH3C.MDB settings database file to the C:\WSPBCH32 directory. This database contains the new settings to be able to send reports to a remote FTP location.

5.) Start Batch Report Server program and go to "File/Settings" and update the "Settings Database" setting to: C:\WSPBCH32\WSPBCH3C.MDB

6.) Exit and restart the Batch Report Server to enable new settings database.

7.) In the "Edit Output Directory List" screen, the "Output to FTP Server" and associated settings "FTP Host, FTP Directory, FTP User ID, FTP Password" can now be used for archiving AS/400 reports with the Batch Report Server software.
