Error: -2147221229 Active Messaging

Problem:

User is getting an error in the log when trying to send a report to a MS Exchange Public Folder. The error is similar to the following error:

ERROR: Error 200-Error: -2147221229 [Active Messaging - [MAPI_E_USER_CANCEL(80040113)]] occurred while logging on to MS Exchange. Trace point:200- occurred while logging into Exchange Server with profile MS Exchange Settingss 10/13/2001, 3:23:29 PM Trace point: 10001

ERROR: Error -999-Error: -2147221229 [Active Messaging - [MAPI_E_USER_CANCEL(80040113)]] occurred while logging on to MS Exchange. Trace point:200- occurred while sending report file C:\WSPBCH32\RPTSAMPLE-2000000093.PDF to MS Exchange Folder Accounting2 10/13/2001, 3:23:29 PM Trace point: 10060

Solution:

This error can occur if an invalid MS Exchange profile is used with the MS Exchange Report Server.

Enter a valid MS Exchange/Outlook profile in the "Edit Output Directory List" settings for the "MS Exchange Profile" setting.
