Problem:
User gets an Error -2147417848 Automation error... at Trace Point 1000 popup menu when trying to run Winspool/400 Report Download. Also, the same problem comes up if Winspool 98 Classic is run. The program looks as if it is going to start up, but as soon as the user clicks OK the program terminates. The user is using Windows 2000 SP4.

Solution:
Updated him from 3.0.47 to current version (3.0.61) did not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it did not work. Reinstalled the VB5 Runtimes and the product worked. In his particular case he had just installed a demo version of another software and it must have modified the VB files.
