Error -2147417851 Automation Error when emailing reports in XLS format

Problem:

You are running the WinSpool/400 Email Report Server and sending reports in XLS format, and getting an error -2147417851 Automation Error.

Solution:

Check to make sure the DataImport Report Converter has not expired. If it is, the problem should be resolved after either extending the demo or providing a permanent unlock code if they are licensed.
