Error -4 converting large report to Data Import

Problem:

While converting a large report to Excel an error -4 occurs or the report gets sent, but is truncated (400 pages instead of 600)

Solution:

Check the "Data Import Output Data Type". We had to use XLS8 in order for the conversion to work. The problem is that older vesions of Excel had a 1,600 row limitation but Excel 2000 and above are fine. Changing Output Data Type to XLS8 is the same as using Report Download and converting to Excel 97/2000.
