Problem:
This error indicates a problem with the conversion or the parameters for selection and/or saving.
When trying to open our text converter ( RFORMAT1.EXE ) we got the following message:
Run-time Error '339' Component 'THREED.OCX' not correctly registered: file is missing or invalid
When running WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server you may also see a failure with trace point 50010.

Solution:
First, test the problem file by download it as ASCII text using WinSpool/400 Report Download. If it fails, the log should throw the -9999 error. Please checking the following:

In WinSpool 98
- Specifying C:\ as the Output Directory instead of a full directory name.

Converting to DataImport
- DataImport Temporary Work File may not have been created properly. Ensure the setting (in WinSpool/400 Email Report Server or WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server) points to a valid directory location and that the 'Enable DataImport Report Conversion' checkbox is enabled in the settings.

In WinSpool/400 Report Download
- Verify the "Template File Name". If they are using one of our keywords such as @FORMTYPE, the "Template File Name" might have an invalid character in it ( * \ / ? < > )
- Reinstall WinSpool/400 Report Download. An update or change to the server may have damaged or removed a file that WinSpool required.
