Problem:
You are getting an error -99 when trying to view a ZSP file on a Citrix Server

Solution:
Rick Ingelli from Bostik Findley, Inc. was able to get this message box which allowed him to select Full Access which solved his problem. For other users we had changed the folder security on the C:\WINDOWS\TEMP folder that is hard coded in WinView and is created by WinView. We clean the temporary files that go in there, so there shouldn't be any files in that folder from us.
