Error 00020 when trying to send an email

Problem:

Customer was getting an SMTP Error 00020 after upgrading to version 2.41 of the Email Report Server.

Solution:

Either change the ERSMSGID data area to *NO: CHGDTAARA DTAARA(RJSERS/ERSMSGID) VALUE(*NO)

Upgrade the Email Report Server/400 to version 2.42 or higher
