Problem:

Error 0 Received from FTP Server when downloading

Solution:

This can occur if the user has a version of the WNSPIP32.DLL which is older than 1/14/98. WNSPIP32.DLL is shipped with WinSpool/400 95/NT.

This can also occur if the AS/400 FTP server is not started. Have the user verify the FTP status with NETSTAT command. If it is not started it can be started with the command STRTCPSVR *FTP.
