Problem:

This error can occur when processing a report with the RTF Report Converter and the PC which is running the RTF Converter has "Regional Settings" set to something other than "English - United States".

Solution:

The problem can be resolved be obtaining the WinSpool/400 RTF Report Converter V2.0.5 update from RJS Software Systems.
