Problem:

Check the versions of MSVBVM50.DLL, COMCTL32.OCX, COMDLG32.OCX and TABCTL32.OCX and make sure they are correct. If you are running Windows NT (SP6) and just installed TCP/IP on the NT box, but have not reinstalled SP6...

Solution:

After reinstalling Windows NT Service Pack 6 (SP6), WinSpool 98 works just fine.

Also install VB 5.0 Runtime DLL MSVBVM50.DLL: http://www.rjssoftware.com/FILES/msvbvm50.exe
