Problem:
Error 22015 occurred while transferring files during WinSpool/400 download

Solution:
We have seen this problem happen on one customer's AS/400 system. They were running OS/400 V4R4 and would get sporadic download errors from the WinSpool/400 products. After checking all the normal problems such as FTP Server timeout values, FTP exit point settings, etc. it appears that the customers system is set correctly. The only answer I could come up with was to check out the current FTP Server PTF's for OS/400 V4R4. In this case I recommended PTFs: MF22473 & MF23422. These PTF's seemed to point to the noted problem.
