Error 256 - problems with attachment

Problem:

The user is trying to use the Email Attachment Manager to email an AS/400 report to another user. He fills in the email recipient and hits the send button. He gets an Error #256 - problems with attachment. What would cause this error. The email system is Lotus Notes.

Solution:

This error can occur if an invalid Lotus Notes Email Address is entered when sending a file or report. Lotus Notes addresses are case sensitive, so the email address has to be entered in the correct case in order to be correctly recognized by the Email Report Server or Email File Attchment Manager.
