Problem:
Error 25742 received when downloading reports

Solution:
Customer has just upgraded to Norton Antivirus 2005 and the "Internet Worm Protection" was enabled, thus preventing the WinSpool/400 FTP connectivity from working correctly.
We disabled the Norton Antivirus "Internet Worm Protection" and WinSpool is working fine.
