Error 25751 from Scan Workstation when checking in or Downloading Folder or Index Information

Problem:

User is receiving an error 25751 from Scan Workstation when checking in or Downloading Folder/Index Information. The issue occasionally seems to resolve itself and then returns the next time the application is open.

Solution:

There are two possible solutions for this issue.

1) Check the user authority for the AS/400 User that is being used with the Scan Workstation. Try using a security officer to see if the issue is resolved. There is a very good chance that there are no Special Authorities assigned and that Limited Capabilities is set to *YES.

2) If the changing the authorities does not work, or the problem only seems to be intermittent, then we need to downgrade the TCP controls.

Find the following files in the System32 directory:

CSFTP32.OCX

IMGSVTCP.DLL

Either delete or rename these files so that they can be replaced.

Now run the following link to install the V1 version of these files:
