Error 3000-MS Exchange Session Logged Off- occurred while sending report file to MS Exchange Folder Trace Point: 10060

Problem:

User is getting an error in the log when trying to send a report to a MS Exchange Public Folder. The error is similar to the following error:

ERROR: Error 3000-MS Exchange Session Logged Off- occurred while sending report file C:\WSPBCH32\RPTSAMPLE-2000000089.PDF to MS Exchange Folder Accounting2 10/13/2001, 3:10:19 PM Trace point: 10060

If the "Display Error Messages" is also turned on, the following message may also show: No MS Exchange folder selected for output document.

Solution:

This error can occur if the MS Exchange Public Folder doesn't exist. Check you MS Exchange server to insure that the Public Folder exists.

Listed below is an example screen shot showing a view of all public folders in Outlook 97. Your folder should exist in the public folder list. If not, then you need to create a new public folder to store reports.
