Problem:
Error 35601 after trying to Get Folder/Index Information
Solution:
The user that was being used in the RJS Image Scan Workstation didn't have rights to the Root Folder.
When we logged into WebDocs using the Admin, we found that the Group the user was assigned to had the Root Folder added, but then we checked the Rights on the Root Folder, and the Root Folder didn't have any rights.
Steps to change the rights on the folder:
1. First check to see what Member the user belongs to.
- Click on the User menu option - Click on the User Name of the person that is being used in the RJS Image Scan Workstation - Click on the Membership option on the menu - In the screen below you can see this person is a Member of... Everyone.
2. Now click on the Groups option from the main menu.
- Click on the Group Name the user is asscoiated to. - Click on the Folder Rights menu option - Highlight the Root Folder, or if the Root Folder is not listed, add it to the Have Rights
3. Click on the Edit RIghts button and check the Can Insert option
