Problem:
Customer wants to send reports to a remote location via the WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server and they are getting the following error in the Batch Report Server log:
ERROR: An unmonitored error occurred while processing spool files. The next message should describe the error. 7/31/01, 3:46:12 PM Trace point: 10000
ERROR: ERROR: Unmonitored error 438 Object doesn't support this property or method Trace point: 10000 7/31/01, 3:46:12 PM Trace point: 10000

Solution:
In order to use the Batch Report Server FTP remote location support, the WinSpool/400 TCP/IP API Install must be updated to V1.2.18 or above.
