Error 438 when using FTP with Scan WorkStation 2.0 or above

Problem:

Error 438 occurs when using FTP (not the WebDocs iSeries Dotnet/COM API) with RJS Imaging Scan Workstation 2.0 or above.

Solution:

Preferred: Install and use WebDocs iSeries Dotnet/COM API.

If that is not possible, install WebDocs iSeries TCP/IP API V3.
