Problem:
User gets error 48 KEYLIB32.DLL not found when trying to license WebDocs software.

Solution:
Run the following EXE to install the updated KEYLIB32.DLL file into the WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 or WINNT\SYSTEM folder on the Windows PC or Server.
