Problem:
User is getting Error 500 from Microsoft IIS Web Server on Windows XP when trying to access WebDocs

Solution:
Goto Start / Control Panel / Administrative Tools / Component Services
Expand Component Services / Computers / My Computer / COM+ Applications
The following message occurs:
You cannot start the Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MSDTC) service on your Windows 2000 Server-based computer that is part of a server cluster
