Problem:
User was getting an Error 500 when trying to bring up the Image Server/400 web login screen. They have just installed the Image Server/400 software.

Solution:
We did a WRKUSRPRF on the QTMHHTP1 user profile and it was disabled. We re-enabled the user profile and the Image Server/400 login appeared as expected.

Make sure that *PUBLIC has authority to the RJSIMAGE folder in the IFS. WRKLNK OBJ('RJSIMAGE')
Use an option 9 to "Work with Authority" next to the RJSIMAGE folder.
Change the authority so that *PUBLIC has *RWX Data Authority.
