Error 525 when running WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server after installation

Problem:

Customer installed Batch Report Server on a Windows Terminal Server or Citrix Metaframe PC and gets an Error 525 "Data Access Error" when launching the WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server.

Solution:

1.) Change the Terminal Server PC into install mode.

2.) Reinstall the VB5 Runtime files and Batch Report Server.

3.) Exit install mode.
