Error 52 from WinSpool 98 while downloading and converting to PDF

Problem:

This error can happen if a user is downloading a report and converting to a PDF or ASCII Text file using WinSpool 98 and they specified C:\ as the output directory instead of putting a directory name in the Output Directory entry field.

Solution:

Make sure all reports are downloaded into a specific directory (Example: C:\REPORTS) and not the root directory.
