Problem:
Error 7000 from Lotus Notes Report Server

Solution:
This error can occur if the RJS Report Manager Notes Database Access Control List (ACL) has been set so that the users cannot create documents. Change the ACL settings so that the user logged in via the Lotus Notes Report Server can create documents in the database. In Notes terms this means they need "Author" access.
