Problem:

Customer received the error 91 trace point 1435 when he was trying to download a report through Batch Report Server and convert it using DataImport Report Convertor. He had not enabled the DataImport Report Conversion on the Batch Report Server settings screen. This error will also occur in the Email Report Server.

Solution:

Have customer go to Batch Report Server settings and check the box to enable DataImport Report Conversion. Batch Report Server will then need to be closed and restarted. In the Email Report Server have the customer check the box to enable the text to TXT conversion. The Email Report Server will then need to be closed and restarted.
