Error 98 returned from the RTF Report Converter

Problem:

This can happen if the RTF Converter temporary license has expired.

Solution:

Obtain a permanent license file for the RTF Report Converter by purchasing the software from RJS Software Systems or copy your permanent license file RTFMT32.RJS to the RTF Converter directory: C:\Program Files\RTFMT32
