Problem:
The user is using the WinSpool/400 Email Report Server and HTML to PDF Creator to email embedded HTML reports as PDF attachments but keeps getting error 99.

Solution:
The Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer was trying to launch the PDF file for viewing after the document conversion completed.
The following steps can be used to turn off the automatic View PDF option:
Go to Start/Settings/Printers and open the Acrobat PDFWriter properties. Click on Print Test Page and when the Save As... dialog box appears uncheck the View PDF File option. Then can click Save. This has disabled the View PDF option. Now when running the Email Report Server with the HTML PDF Creator, everything should work fine.
