Problem:
"Error loading VBOA300.DLL: Most likely the WinSpool/400 32-Bit TCP/IP OLE Server program (WNSPIPEX.EXE) is not loaded on the PC." error occurs when starting the Email Report Server when using it with the WinSpool/400 95/NT software.

Solution:
Make sure you have a version of VBOA300.DLL in the C:\WSPESRV directory. If the VBOA300.DLL file is found and the error still occurs you may have a problem with the 16-Bit OLE DLL's on your PC. Contact RJS Software Systems and we will attempt to help you work through the problem.
