Error at Trace point 1600 when emailing reports

Problem:

The user is trying to email reports with the Email Report Server and they have enabled the "Use Lotus Notes OLE Eail" setting. They are receiving an error at tracepoint 1600 when running the Email Report Server.

Solution:

1.) If the Lotus Notes OLE API was just enabled, make sure to exit and restart the progam.

2.) If step 1 doesn't work, make sure to download the Lotus Notes OLE API from the RJS Web Site or run SETUP.EXE fro mthe RJSNMAIL directory on the RJS software installation CD.
