Problem:
Customer started getting an error at tracepoint 3100 in Batch Report Server.

Solution:
One of the fields must have been blanked out in the "Edit Output Directory List". We couldn't determine which one, so we deleted the entry and added it back in. Now it works fine.
As a general rule, when a field gets blanked out, a space should be typed in the field after the field is blanked out to avoid this problem.
