Problem:

Error file "VB5DB.DLL could not be loaded" when trying to access the maintenance screens

Solution:

This error can be caused if the VB5DB.DLL file gets deleted from the C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. The only time this might happen is if the user deletes the file or another application vendor deletes the VB5DB.DLL from the users PC during an installation or de-installation process.
