Problem:
Error trying to copy report when trying to send an email with the Email Report Server/400
Message: Copy request failed for file XXXX in XXXX
Cause: The file XXXX in library specified in the TOFILE parameter must be a double-byte character set (DBCS) file.

Solution:
Update to version 2.08 or above of the Email Report Server/400. Then change the data area below:
Data Area to change to enable (DBCS) support
CHGDTAARA DTAARA(RJSERS/ERSIGCDTA) VALUE(*YES)
