Errors Loading RFORMAT1.EXE when starting WinSpool software

Problem:
This problem can occur if the WinSpool/400 Batch Report Server 2.0.x or WinSpool/400 Email Report Server 3.0.x is loaded on a PC and the latest version of the WinSpool/400 95/98/NT software hasn't been loaded. RFORMAT1.EXE is an OLE Server API program that is used to convert AS/400 reports to ASCII Text format with Page and Line Breaks.

Solution:
Loading the current version of the WinSpool/400 95/98/NT on the PC should make this problem go away.
