Problem:

Error occured when trying to run the REGASM.EXE or REGASM~1.EXE

Solution:

Verify to see if the Microsoft.Net Framework is not loaded on the PC.

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.Net\Framework

If not, install the following:

Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1
